This guide provides information about the annual return process, and step-by-step instructions with examples to help charities complete their performance reports using the Tier 4 template. It will help Tier 4 charities meet their obligations under the Charities Act 2005, and the current financial reporting standards set by the External Reporting Board (XRB).
